Requirements discussion
We define the product, specifications, volume and packaging.
Technical agreement
We clarify manufacturing capabilities and agree on documentation. Where needed, we provide applicable technical documentation, including the company standard (ST TOO SATEX CHEMIE), before an order is placed. The standard is provided on request only for products within its scope.
Contract
We agree on the price, schedule and delivery terms.
Production and quality control
We manufacture products to the agreed requirements.
Dispatch
We hand over the finished products to the customer.
